From mastering customer satisfaction as Chief Concierge at an international hotel to managing remote workforce villages and supporting the Premier’s office, Marty brings rare versatility to Orana’s expanding co-living portfolio.
What energises Marty is making things better, whether designing scalable operations or creating memorable guest experiences. Highly organised and approachable, he excels at bringing together traditional hospitality excellence with innovative accommodation models. When not enhancing property experiences, Marty keeps fit through swimming and long walks, and dreams of ticking off his bucket list of long-distance rail journeys.

After passing the CPA Board Exam in 2014, Leona began her career as a Junior Accountant with a Makati real estate company before moving to Australian firms. She spent nine years with a Sydney real estate agency, progressing from accounts payable to leading full accounting operations, mastering everything from trust audits to board-level financial reporting.
Known for her precision, reliability and supportive nature, Leona delivers accurate results that build trust across the organisation. Outside of work, she enjoys family walks, cooking and discovering local staycation spots, drawing inspiration from her husband and son every day.
