Courtney’s warmth and dedication go hand-in-hand in her role as Assistant Property Manager, where her genuine care for clients transforms properties into homes. Her swift ascent in various positions underscores her exceptional organisational and time management skills, honed across two decades in customer service. Beyond her professional commitments, Courtney’s passion for community shines through her volunteer work, mentoring at-risk youth. Her off-duty joys, ranging from culinary adventures to treasured times with family and friends, enrich her vibrant and captivating personality.

Trudi’s entry into the property industry was sparked by her husband’s career in real estate, and her passion for managing both people and properties quickly followed. Trudi’s strong ability to connect with anyone, coupled with her commitment to transparency and thoroughness, make her a trusted asset to her clients and team. 

What fuels Trudi is her relentless drive to get things done and the responsibility she feels toward her clients. Outside of work, Trudi is a mum of five, balancing family life with a small business her children run. Together, they enjoy outdoor adventures, 4WDing, and spending time with their beloved dogs, which are an integral part of their lives.

Growing up with a single mother, Cara often helped her family search for new homes, sparking her interest in property from a young age. After exploring other fields, she found her true calling in real estate, where she has thrived for over a decade.

Known for her strong communication skills, calm approach under pressure, and genuine passion for helping others; Cara ensures her clients feel supported throughout their property journey. Whether she’s driving across Perth for viewings or helping tenants secure their dream homes, her perfectionist mindset and ability to manage chaos make her an invaluable asset. Outside her role, Cara is a dedicated mother who enjoys Pilates, soaking up the WA sunshine and spending her weekends front and centre at her kids’ sporting activities.

Jacqui, one of our dynamic Property Inspectors, pairs warmth and approachability with her professional ethos. Real estate runs deep in her family roots. Her career began alongside her grandfather in their family-owned business, where her passion for making houses feel like home first blossomed.

With seven years in real estate administration and property management, Jacqui excels at building trust with people from all walks of life. Known for her keen eye for detail, she handles inspections, reports and tenant relations with care and precision. A natural problem solver, Jacqui connects with clients to ensure they feel heard and supported. As a mother, Jacqui is driven to set an example for her children, showing them the value of hard work and passion.

When she’s not on the road inspecting properties, Jacqui recharges by staying active at the gym and engaging in local social activities, embracing life’s unique opportunities.

Amy Ong

Amy began her career working in Australia’s media and advertising industry by buying ad space on radio networks and outdoor billboards. She worked as a Program Manager at the media industry body, where she gathered experience in event management, DE&I policies and lecturing university students. She has since moved over to property management.

Amy graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts and UTS with a Master of Arts in Communication Management. Most recently, she completed a Certificate in Interior Styling and Decoration from Sydney Design School.

Mark’s strengths lie in his calm demeanour, analytical approach, and meticulous attention to detail, making him an invaluable leader at Orana. His driving force is simple yet profound – a genuine love for what he does. Upholding the belief that people are the most important asset, Mark leads with the principle of treating others as he would want to be treated. His vision for Orana is clear: to establish it as a leading property management company where customers consistently enjoy positive experiences and outcomes. Trained as a valuer, Mark has a high skill set in all property-related aspects. He believes in empowering his team, acting as a guiding shadow to ensure excellence in every facet of the business.

Throughout her career, Lynn has significantly contributed to firms like Goodrich Control System, Oxley Group and Bluestone Group, enhancing her expertise and gaining insight into diverse financial landscapes. As a Chartered Accountant of Singapore with ACCA credentials, she exemplifies technical acumen and a comprehensive grasp of financial standards. Her role transcends traditional accounting; she is a visionary in financial stewardship, propelling Orana towards new heights.

Passionate about helping others, Cyrill is dedicated to creating positive living experiences for tenants and seamless property processes for landlords. Cyrill’s ability to stay efficient and accurate while managing multiple tasks makes him a reliable asset for both clients and colleagues alike.

Growing up influenced by her father’s real estate career, Tracy started as a receptionist. It didn’t take long for her to advance to Property Manager, combining her love for human connection with sharp problem-solving skills.

Tracy’s career has been defined by empathy, loyalty and a hands-on leadership style. Whether guiding her team or assisting clients, she excels at building trust and solving challenges with ease. Even during a seven-year stint running her own business, she remained committed to delivering exceptional service and creating value.

A devoted family person, Tracy supports the operations of her daughter’s gym, and enjoys travelling to recharge and explore. Her integrity, approachability and drive make her an invaluable member of the Orana team.
