Ali’s passion goes beyond just real estate; it’s about the people and their stories. Recognising the significance of homes and assets, she cherishes being part of both property owners’ and tenants’ journeys. Inspired by our name ‘Orana’ which means ‘welcome’, Ali embodies this sentiment, ensuring everyone feels both valued and welcomed. Living by the motto, “Open the door to a better experience,” Ali embodies a welcoming gesture, indicative of Orana’s friendly, client-centric approach, providing clients with a superior property management experience.

Courtney is a vibrant and customer-centric property management professional. She has a rich background of experiences that illuminate her customer service and leadership prowess. With a Tourism Management degree from Victoria University of Wellington, her journey took her overseas to Hawaii, where she worked as a Hospitality Venue Manager, showcasing her adaptability and relentless drive. 

Courtney’s warmth and dedication go hand-in-hand in her role as Assistant Property Manager, where her genuine care for clients transforms properties into homes. Her swift ascent in various positions underscores her exceptional organisational and time management skills, honed across two decades in customer service. Beyond her professional commitments, Courtney’s passion for community shines through her volunteer work, mentoring at-risk youth. Her off-duty joys, ranging from culinary adventures to treasured times with family and friends, enrich her vibrant and captivating personality. 

Kayla shines as a Property Manager not just through her skills but through her inherent passion for the real estate industry. Since stepping into the field in 2019, she’s thrived in the dynamic challenges it presents, growing in both experience and dedication. At the heart of Kayla’s approach is her exceptional ability to connect with people—whether it’s landlords, tenants, or tradespeople—highlighting her commitment to excellence and effective communication.

What sets Kayla apart is her genuine enthusiasm for property management, and her personal investment in delivering outstanding service. She’s not only adept at the logistical aspects of the role, but she also excels in the nuances of building relationships and fostering trust. Her proactive stance on maintenance and meticulous attention to detail in every inspection and report reflect her deep care for the properties she manages. Lauren brings a fresh perspective and genuine care to her role as a Leasing and Inspection Agent at Orana. Beginning her real estate journey in Canberra as a trainee property manager, she quickly earned her Certificate IV before making the bold move to Perth where she discovered her true calling in connecting people with their perfect homes.

With a natural talent for communication and a commitment to transparency, Lauren ensures every client interaction leaves a positive impression. Her methodical approach to challenges stepping back to see the whole picture before crafting solutions coupled with her strong attention to detail, makes her a trusted guide in the property process. What drives Lauren each day is the satisfaction of helping diverse clients find their ideal living spaces and the joy of ticking accomplishments off her list.

When not matching tenants with properties, Lauren embraces her lifelong passion for horses. As a self-described “total horse girl,” she’s currently studying equine sports massage therapy, combining her love for these majestic animals with her dedication to learning and growth.

Mark Butler, the Managing Director of Orana Property Group and a seasoned real estate licensee, commands an impressive career spanning 40+ years across Western Australia, Victoria and New South Wales. Mark has successfully owned and operated substantial rent roll businesses. With a track record of delivering over $5.0 billion in property projects in Australia, he brings a wealth of knowledge in funds management, property development, investment, sales, marketing, financing, and strategic planning.

Mark’s strengths lie in his calm demeanour, analytical approach, and meticulous attention to detail, making him an invaluable leader at Orana. His driving force is simple yet profound, a genuine love for what he does. Upholding the belief that people are the most important asset, Mark leads with the principle of treating others as he would want to be treated. His vision for Orana is clear: to establish it as a leading property management company where customers consistently enjoy positive experiences and outcomes. Trained as a valuer, Mark has a high skill set in all property related aspects. He believes in empowering his team, acting as a guiding shadow to ensure excellence in every facet of the business.

Tracy, Orana’s Head of Property Management, is a dedicated leader with nearly three decades of experience, and a passion for people and property. Growing up influenced by her father’s real estate career, Tracy started as a receptionist. It didn’t take long for her to advance to Property Manager, combining her love for human connection with sharp problem-solving skills.

Tracy’s career has been defined by empathy, loyalty and a hands-on leadership style. Whether guiding her team or assisting clients, she excels at building trust and solving challenges with ease. Even during a seven-year stint running her own business, she remained committed to delivering exceptional service and creating value.

A devoted family person, Tracy supports the operations of her daughter’s gym, and enjoys travelling to recharge and explore. Her integrity, approachability and drive make her an invaluable member of the Orana team.

Marty brings exceptional hospitality expertise to his role as Co-Living and Short Stay Property Specialist at Orana. With an extensive career in hotels, serviced apartments, short-stay property management, remote site accommodation villages and customer service, he combines broad operational know-how with a warm, solutions-focused approach to modern property management.

His standout achievement is transforming the Quality Hotel Banksia Albany and The BnB Collection into award-winning destinations as Managing Director. From mastering customer satisfaction as Chief Concierge at an international hotel to managing remote workforce villages and supporting the Premier’s office, Marty brings rare versatility to Orana’s expanding co-living portfolio.

What energises Marty is making things better, whether designing scalable operations or creating memorable guest experiences. Highly organised and approachable, he excels at bringing together traditional hospitality excellence with innovative accommodation models. When not enhancing property experiences, Marty keeps fit through swimming and long walks, and dreams of ticking off his bucket list of long-distance rail journeys.

Kirrilee believes people feel most supported when connection comes first. She transforms every inspection into a calm and positive experience, making each interaction an opportunity for clients and tenants to feel valued and informed.

Her journey to Orana sparked from an unexpected place: while managing keys for several Orana properties in her previous shared workspace role, she witnessed the team’s infectious enthusiasm for their work. This glimpse behind the scenes ignited her curiosity about the industry. 

Her foundation in events management, reception, and office administration, coupled with navigating commercial real estate environments, had already shaped her into someone who thrives on variety, mastering strong organisational and people skills while building confidence across diverse responsibilities.

Today, as Orana’s Inspection Officer, she embraces the unpredictability of each day and the opportunity to solve problems with both clarity and care. Outside of work, this proud Sicilian-Australian creates her own perfect balance, juggling retail work and treasuring time with family and friends.
