Easy to talk to and someone people know they can rely on, Jeremiah has always been happy to help when something needs sorting out. He keeps things simple, listens properly and believes people should be treated with the same patience and respect he would want for himself.

Before joining Orana, Jeremiah worked across office management, social media, graphic design and event coordination. Each role was different, but all involved working closely with people, adapting quickly, and figuring things out as he went. That is part of what drew him to property. No two situations are exactly the same, and he likes solving problems and making things a little easier for both owners and tenants.

For Jeremiah, making a difference does not have to be a big moment. Sometimes it is simply helping someone through a problem, giving them an answer or a bit of reassurance, then hearing later that it genuinely helped. He wants people to feel comfortable coming to him, knowing they have been listened to and that what matters to them is being taken seriously. He values that same sense of support in being part of Orana.

Even when he is off the clock, Jeremiah still finds himself drawn to graphic design and content creation. Add good food, somewhere new to explore, or a quiet weekend spent at his own pace, and he is pretty content.
