Kristy’s career has brought together two consistent threads: property management and person-centred care. Across both, she has built a strong foundation in communication, organisation, problem-solving and helping people navigate situations that can sometimes feel stressful or overwhelming.

A people person at heart, Kristy was drawn to property management because it combines people, organisation, attention to detail and the opportunity to solve problems. She enjoys being the person who can communicate clearly, keep things moving and help find a practical way forward.

That approach is grounded in a simple belief: treat people the way you would want your own family to be treated. Kristy listens first, follows through on what she says she will do and understands that sometimes the smallest things can make a real difference. In her role as Vacate Officer, she is particularly mindful that moving out of a home can be stressful and emotional, and approaches the process with understanding, respect and professionalism.

Away from work, family is a huge part of Kristy’s life. She loves travelling, good food and having a laugh with the people she cares about.
